At every stage of production, we carefully check dimensions, appearance, and strength to ensure product quality.
We have introduced a 3D scanner-type coordinate measuring machine, which can instantly identify defective areas and their causes. It enables measurement of cross-sections and curved surfaces, and even areas that cannot be reached or clamped with calipers can be measured without cutting the product, allowing for highly detailed and versatile dimensional measurements.
After completion, final inspections are conducted, and only products that meet our standards are delivered to customers. We will continue to manufacture plastic products that can be used with confidence.
